“He was able to schedule us within a week and arrived promptly at the appointment time. He was vey friendly and professional. He went out of his way to assure that he didn't leave any messes - took his shoes off when he entered and covered the carpet with a tarp while he worked. When he tried to start it, it didn't start so he proceeded with the full checkup. He took the parts out, cleaned and polished everything, and reassembled it. When finished he hit the ignition and everything worked fine. He could have gone at that point but he turned it off and on a few more times and found that it didn't ignite each time. He then took it apart again and looked at the ignition unit and discovered it was bad. I was very impressed that he carries most commonly needed parts with him so he was able to repair it on the spot rather than scheduling a followup appointment. He then reassembled it and tested it several more times before concluding that we were now set.”
